******************** IN REMEMBERANCE ********************

  • Gail Larkin, Supervisory Committee
It is with the deepest regret and a heavy heart that the Howland – Enfield Federal Credit Union says goodbye to Gail Larkin.  Gail was an active member of our supervisory committee for many, many years.  She had often referred to herself as the most active “retired” member of the supervisory committee; and was constant and tireless in her efforts on behalf of the credit union, and its’ members.  She was an invaluable asset to the Howland-Enfield Federal Credit Union.  We cannot say enough about her past contributions to the credit union movement.

Gail will be missed not only by her fellow committee members, but also the board of directors (with whom she worked so well with over these many years), and the staff (who will always remember her annual staff appreciation event).  In reading her obituary, it was stated that Gail did not wish to pass away with much fanfare.  However, someone who was as active and involved as Gail does not pass quietly,  as we will all surely miss her presence, her drive, dedication, and friendship.  So sadly Gail, we must now accept your final resignation from our credit union . . . but not because we want to.  Farewell our friend, you will be missed.
